Terms of Service

StripePilot provides analytics, reconciliation and AI-assisted explanation over financial data you choose to connect. Outputs are informational and are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

You are responsible for the activity of users you invite, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the data you connect. Roles determine what a member can view or change.

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Plan entitlements (such as AI usage limits and connected accounts) are enforced server-side.
• Lifetime plans grant access to the product for as long as the service is offered; they do not include future separately-priced products.

• No reverse engineering, resale, or unauthorized automated scraping of the service.
• No uploading of data you do not have the right to process.
• No attempts to bypass entitlement, rate limit, or tenant isolation controls.

AI features explain and summarize numbers computed by our deterministic metric engine. AI never invents financial figures, but explanations may still contain errors. Verify material decisions against source data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on self-serve plans. Enterprise agreements may include a written SLA.

You may cancel at any time from Billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
